| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高速公路20年的建设和发展历程及成就的回顾,本着公路交通与社会经济系统的协调、一体化、可持续发展的目标,从交通经济系统分析与评价的角度出发,运用项目后评价的理论方法,结合我国高速公路的发展历程与实际情况,分析了高速公路建设的综合效益,提出了高速公路建设的经济适应性内涵,建立了相应的评价指标体系框架,并对20年来我国高速公路建设的绩效进行了综合评价.

| Abstract: | On purpose to promote the harmonic sustainable development of transportation and social economy, this paper reviewed the achievement of construction and development of freeway in the past 20 years. From the viewpoint of traffic-economy systems analysis, considering the construction and development of freeway in our country, this paper analyzed its synthetic benefit, put forward the connotation of economic adaptability, established the relevant evaluation index system, and evaluated the performance of the freeway in our country synthetically. |
