摘    要:【目的】为给种植走马胎入药提供科学依据,研究种植走马胎与野生走马胎的化学成分差异。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对比种植与野生走马胎的色谱特征,并用分光光度法对比测定其多糖的含量。【结果】野生与种植走马胎的薄层色谱特征和多糖含量基本一致。【结论】种植走马胎与野生走马胎的化学成分无明显差异,可代替野生走马胎入药。

Abstract:Objective]To study the compositional differences in the wild and cultivated Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf,and provide scientific basis for the cultivated Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf when used as traditional medicine.Methods]The TLC was used to con-trast the chromatographic features of the wild and cultivated Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf.And the spectrophotometry was used to contrast the content of polysaccharide in the wild and cul-tivated Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf.Results]The chromatographic features and the content of polysaccharide in the wild and cultivated Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf were similar.Conclu-sion]The chemical constituents in the cultivated and wild Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf had no obvious differences and they could substitute for each other when used as traditional medi-cine.
