| 摘 要： | 本文认为，现代法治社会中，道德是法律产生、存在和作用于社会的基础；社会主义法律在本质上应体现和反映社会主义道德的要求。所以社会主义法治应该是道德化的法治，即在价值理念和法律制度上应体现现代法治和广大人民的整体要求。

| Abstract: | Thevarticle told us that morality was the basis on which the laws came out,existed and had an ef-fect on society. And socialist laws should embody and reflect the requirements of socialist morality;therefore,
socialist ruling by law should be moralized, it means that the thoughts of value and laws should embody the modern ruling by law and the whose requirement of most people. |
