| 摘 要： | 阐述了专家数据库系统相对关系型数据库系统的优点，提出了基于CLIPS和WXCLIPS专家系统开发平台下，以文本文件和MSSQLSERVER为数据库系统的数据访问技术方法的实现，并以配置个人计算机的专家数据库系统为例讨论了这些方法的应用。
