摘    要:教学监控能力是教师基本素质的核心。提高教师素质,关键在于提高教师教学监控能力。教学监控能力是教师对自己教学活动所进行的积极、主动的评价、反馈和调节,具有反思性等本质特征。它也是影响教师课程改革和专业成长的核心因素。通过提高教师教学监控能力的有效策略,可以培养教师良好的职业反思习惯,从而达到促进教师专业成长,提高教师教学艺术水平和教学质量的目的。

Abstract:The monitoring ability of teaching is the main core of teachers' basic quality as well as their active, exact judgment, feedback and adjustment in teaching. To improve the teachers' quality lies in enhancing their monitoring ability of teaching. The reflection quality is the essential character among its feature. It is also the chief element that affects the transformation of the course and the teachers' professional improvement. The teachers' habit of reflection can be cultivated by enhancing the monitoring ability of teaching, which can promote the teachers' professional proficiency, teaching skills and teaching quality.
