摘    要:金属基Pd复合膜在高温下易产生小孔缺陷,目前对造成膜表面小孔缺陷的主要原因尚不清楚。借助环境扫描电镜(SEM)考察了气氛环境、高温烧结以及金属间相互扩散等因素对Pd/Ti-Al合金复合膜表面性能的影响。结果发现:气氛环境、高温烧结和金属间相互扩散都会对Pd复合膜的性能产生一定的影响,但是高温下Pd与Ti-Al合金间相互扩散是Pd/Ti-Al合金复合膜表面小孔缺陷形成的最主要影响因素。

Abstract:Defects were easily formed on the surface of the metal-supported Pd composite membranes at high temperatures.The main factor for causing surface defects was not known.The influences of different atmospheres,sintering and intermetallic diffusion on the surface performance of Pd/Ti-Al alloy composite membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that all of these factors had some effects on the performance of Pd/Ti-Al alloy composite membranes,and the intermetallic diffusion between Pd and Ti-Al alloy was main factor for causing surface defects of Pd/Ti-Al alloy composite membranes at high temperatures.
