| Abstract: | The study is made on the basis for judging school authority's responsibility for the physical injury in the P.E. class and of the conditions for school authority's compensation. The study is of great importance for us to deal with the injury cases, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, of their parents, of the schools and of the teachers, and to prevent and reduce the cases of injury. |
