氮磷比对两种赤潮藻生长特性的影响

摘    要:研究了两种赤潮藻即赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)和东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)在不同氮磷比培养条件下的生长特性,探讨了氮磷含量及比值对赤潮爆发的影响机理。结果表明,在试验条件下赤潮异弯藻的比生长速率与N源浓度之间的关系符合Monod公式(P〈0.001),氮磷比在25和50时藻细胞密度高于其他比值的藻细胞浓度,说明该氮磷比是赤潮异弯藻最佳生长营养盐条件。对东海原甲藻而言,在以NaNO3为N源时,氮磷比为40时藻细胞密度高于其他比值的藻细胞浓度,说明该氮磷比是东海原甲藻最佳生长营养条件。

Abstract:The growth of two red tide species Heterosigma skashiwo and Prorocentrum donghaiense was studied under different N/P ratio. The results indicate that under experiment condition, the relationship between the growth rate of Heterosigma skashiwo and concentration of N source meet the Monod equation (P〈0. 001). Algae cell density is greater than algae cell density at N/P ratio of 25 and 50, it proves that this N/P ratio is the best growth nutrient condition for Heterosigma skashiwo. To Prorocentrum donghaiense,when NaNO3 is as N source,N/P ratio is in the 40. Algae cell density at 40 N/P ratio is greater than other N/P ratio, and it proves that this N/P ratio is the best growth nutrient condition.
