Advantages of the Role of Women Teachers in English Teaching of Ethnic Minority Cultures

The cultures of the ethnic minorities should be valued and spread through certain extended courses at universities, where women teachers are the backbones of English teaching, enjoying favorable advantages in the teaching of ethnic minority cultures. This paper proposes some constructive opinions on developing the advantages of the role of women teachers in teaching the course of ethnic cultures for good teaching quality by analyzing the features owned by women teachers, especially their advantage in the teaching of ethnic costume culture.
