锌对小麦抗旱抗热性的保护机制

摘    要:硫酸锌是小麦开花灌浆期良好的抗旱抗热保护剂,其作用除了增加细胞的渗透调节溶质可溶性糖和有机酸,从而改善植株的水分状况外,主要是对脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、色氨酸合成酶、碳酸酐酶和核糖核酸分解酶的活性以及与这些酶有关的代谢的调节,从而增强了植株对干旱、高温的抵抗能力。

Abstract:Zinc sulphate is good protective agents to drought and heat resistance of wheat during its flowering and grain filling stage. It can regulate activities of dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase, corbonic anhydrase, tryptophan desmolase and ribonuclease and control the metabolic processes. Zinc can not only improve organic acid metabolism in plant, but also protect and stabilize membrane structure, speed the diffusion of CO_2 in cellular liquid phase. It is advantageous to the biosynthesis of indoleacetic acid and protein.
