摘    要:调查发现,西南少数民族农村地区数学教师的专业素质结构存在下列问题:教师专业知识贫乏,教师专业技能不强,教师专业情意欠健全.促进少数民族农村地区数学教师专业化发展的措施有:提升教师的社会地位和经济地位,健全教师专业情意;营造浓厚的学习与科研氛围;提升教师课堂教学技能;教师应反思农村数学教学行为.

The Thoughts on the Professional Quality Structure of the Rural Mathematics Teachers in the Southwest Minority Region

Abstract:It has been discovered that the following problems exist in the professionl quality structure of the rural mathematics teachers in the southwest minority region:Their professional knowledge is needy,professional skill is weak,professional sentiment is faulty.The measures which promote their professional development are presented as follow: promoting their social status and economic position,perfecting their professional sentiment,constructing strong atmosphere of studying and researching,promoting their classroom teaching skill,introspecting their teaching behavior.
