| Abstract: | The basis of socialist commercial morality construction is the education on commercial morality.Employees need to form correct values and master morality medium according with the demands on socialist commercial operating action.Socialist commercial morality construction also need labour discipline's coordinate in commercial enterprise,so that moral concepts can be realized compulsorily.At the same time,it is necessary to take enterprise culture as backing in order to elevate the ruminate of socialist commercial morality construction. |
