摘    要:热轧生产线的特征是缓存区以长度空间为约束的制造系统,是制造过程中同时改变上下游缓存区状态的Tim e-critical实时系统和混合动态复杂系统.为发掘制造系统的最大生产能力,文中以Petri网为建模工具,研究热轧生产线的静态最优节奏控制和基于实测参数的状态重构监控技术.状态重构方法及其节奏修正方法对于线性构件串行制造系统具有普遍意义,且是实际制造系统特别是高风险系统既保证效率又兼顾安全的实用监控方案.

Abstract:The hot rolling productoin line is a manufacture system, in which sizes of its buffers are length not integral number. It is a time critical real time system and a hybrid dynamic system. To maximize the production ability of the manufacture system, its feasible scheduling rhythm was explained and calculated through Petri net scheme of the system. And the scheduling rhythm must be adjusted dynamically according to the measured parameters and estimates of all buffers states. The raised dynamic scheduling method is meaningful for some system to manufacture linear products. It is also a practical control technology given consideration to both efficiency and safety of a high risk systems.
