| 摘 要： | 从当前高校档案馆服务现状调查,提出高校档案馆应树立档案"大服务"理念,拓展服务功能,围绕以人为本的时代精神诉求,开展现行文件利用以及家庭档案寄存和毕业生档案代管等服务业务,创新服务手段,增强高校档案馆(室)信息传播力,充分利用现代技术手段以提高服务效率,为高校档案事业的发展拓展空间。

| Abstract: | Based on investigation on college archives services, the author puts forward an idea of ＂Big Service＂ of college archives to expend its services. Centering on the people- oriented spirit, the author holds the view that the existing documents should be fully used and family and graduates＇ files can be stored in college archives. Colleges should use innovative and modern means to improve service efficiency so as to expand information spreading of college archives and make way for further development of college archives. |
