摘    要:为实现面向智能感知的数控系统,基于智能数控系统的网络化通讯、开放式结构的系统特征,设计了智能化数 控系统的二次开发平台及可重构的系统硬件结构; 提出了采用多通道的信号处理技术,既保证了处理的实时性,又减 小了信号间的干扰,提高了数据处理效率; 基于改进 MFAC(Model-Free Adaptive Control)的数据驱动算法实现数控机 床伺服电机的自适应控制,调整数控系统对非线性、时延等所导致的误差; 采用自主开发的 SSB(Serial Synchronous Bus)现场总线进行传感器信号采集,完成了数据帧格式及通讯协议设计,保证信息采集系统的低功耗及高可靠性。 最后,通过基于蓝天数控的测试验证平台对改进 MFAC 的数据驱动算法进行了测试,取得了良好的测试效果。

Abstract:In order to realize the intelligent perception oriented CNC (Computer Numerical Control) system, based on the characteristics of the network communication and open architecture of the intelligent CNC system, we design a secondary development platform of the intelligent CNC system and the reconfigurable hardware structure of the system,and put forward the multi-channel signal processing technology,which ensures the real- time processing,reduces the interference between the signals and improves the processing efficiency. In order to satisfy the error caused by nonlinearity and time delay in CNC system,the adaptive control of servo motor of CNC machine tool is realized based on the improved MFAC(Model-Free Adaptive Control) data driving algorithm. With the SSB field bus developed by ourselves to collect sensor signals,the design of data frame format and communication protocol is completed to ensure the low power consumption and high reliability of the information acquisition system. The improved MFAC data-driven algorithm is tested by the test and verification platform based on blue sky CNC,and good test results are achieved.
