| Abstract: | The management of the knowledge-type personnel in the enterprise is the kernel part of enterprise's human resource management. In the light of the characteristics of the knowledge-type personnel such as the independent character, innovative character, activity of thought, and sense of achievement, etc., this paper puts forward some strategies for the effective management of the personnel. |
