高师生教师专业技能意识与其教育的相关研究

摘    要:旨在研究高师生教师专业技能意识水平与其有关课程、教师专业技能活动态度的关系。采用"大学师范生教师专业技能意识量表"和调查问卷,以1300名大学师范生为被试,考察高师生教师专业技能意识与其教育的关系。结果表明:师范生对有关课程设置、教师专业技能活动形式有不同的观点;不同观点会影响他们教师专业技能意识水平;教师教育的理论和实践课程对提高普通或艺体专业师范生的教师专业技能意识水平有不同作用。

Abstract:This paper aims to investigate the consciousness of the professional skills and the concerning education of normal college students and their relationship.It has the sample of 1,300 normal college students who were measured with Teacher Professional Skills’ Consciousness Scale and a Questionnaire,which is utilized to investigate the relationship between the teacher professional skills’ consciousness and the concerning education.The results show that:normal college students hold different views towards the related curriculum and the forms of professional skills activities.These different views can influence their levels of the professional skills’ consciousness.The courses of the theory or the practice on teacher education have different effects on the improvement of professional skills’ consciousness of ordinary or art students majored in education.
