我国城市管理中违背人本理念的现象分析

改革开放以来,我国城镇化进程加速推进,城市人口越来越多。处于社会转型期的城市又出现一系列新问题、新矛盾,这使城市管理的难度不断加大。城市是人的聚合地,因此城市管理的出发点和归宿只能是满足人的需求,即以人为本。就目前而言,我国城市管理距离"以人为本"的理念尚有一定差距。

Analysis on Phenomena Violating Humanism in Chinese Urban Management

Urbanization process in China has been accelerated since the policy of reform and opening is taken,and urban population is getting more and more.A series of new problems and contradictions have appeared in the social transition,which makes the urban management grow difficult constantly.The city is the man＇s assembling place,therefore the starting point and destination of urban management can only satisfy people＇s needs,namely be oriented by humanism.As for the present situation,we still have a long way to the humanistic urban management.
