摘 要: | 针对环缝自动焊机控制系统存在的问题,采用STC 89C52RC单片机为控制核心,改进原有的电路,升级控制系统,引入人机交互装置,增加了步进电机的记忆功能,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了环缝自动焊机的控制精度、焊接质量和工作稳定性,降低了系统功耗,为企业节省了成本.

Abstract: | Aiming at problems existing in automatic girth welding motor control system, SCM of STC 89C52RC is used as a control core, the original circuit is improved, control system is upgraded, increase the human-computer interaction device and the memory function of stepper motor memory function are added. All these reduce labor intensity of worker; improve the control precision, welding quality and stability. Thus the system consume is reduced and the business cost is saved. |
