生态建设背景下的宁夏生物多样性保护问题研究

宁夏地处西北半干旱地区，生物多样性组成简单，但同时又具有很强的过渡性，在物种的区系构成上也具有复杂性．由于生态环境破坏、生物资源过度利用、土地资源不合理开发、建设性破坏、对生物多样性认识不足以及保护措施不利等问题，严重妨碍了宁夏生物多样性的保护工作．在目前实施生态建设工程的背景下，提出了保护生物多样性的相应措施：实施生物多样性保护战略；加强基础研究；强化自然保护区建设；推行生态旅游战略；加强湿地保护．

Bio-diversity protection on the background of ecological construction in Ningxia

Ningxia is a semi-acrid area, there is a simple bio-diversity and complicated regional configuration of species while takes on an obvious transition. It is critical to preserve its bio-diversity, for there are problems obstructed the development of local economy, such as how to coordinate resources with its environment, use the land rationally, avoid new damage to its bio-diversity, know something more about its protection. Under the background of ecological project in Ningxia, some concrete proposals are put forward to push on its bio-diversity protection.
