| Abstract: | The thesis makes an analysis of the effects of lexical pronunciation, vocabulary and word meanings and cultural influences on English listening and then puts forward that the correct vocabulary pronunciation, familiarity with English pronunciation habits, knoweldge about differences between American pronunciation and English pro- nunciation, enlargement of vocabulary, correct grasp of the vocabulary usage will help improve the students＇ English listening. |
