人发中多种微量元素的同时测定──直流等离子体原子发射光谱法

摘    要:研究了直流等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定人发中的Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,Ca。讨论了Ca和Mg对Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe的干扰及对干扰的校正方法。对GBW09101进行了测定,结果与标准值吻合很好。对发样进行了实测和回收实验。Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe,Ca的回收率分别为92.9%~109%,92.0%~106%,94.0%~106%,94.0%~112%,89.3%~113%。

Abstract:This article investigates that Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe and Ca in human hair are determined simultaneously by direct current plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Ca and Mg interfering in Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe and the interferential correction method are discussed. The GBW09101 is determined and the results are identical with the standard values. The determination and recovery test for the hair samples are engaged in. The recoveries of Zn, Mn,Cu, Fe and Ca are 92. 9%~109%,92. 0%~106%, 94. 0%~106%' 94.0%~112% and 89.3 %~113% respectively.
