数控砂轮成型系统设计及应用

摘    要:为了使M1350型磨床满足火车车轴加工工艺的要求,研制了一种普通外圆磨床数控砂轮成型系统,将其用于M1350型普通外圆磨床数控改造,改造后的M1350型磨床已成功的运用于车轴生产加工过程中,可以对RE2B型和RD2型车轴以及其它含圆弧与直线段相切和相割的各种车轴进行精磨.

Abstract:In order to meet the new machining technology requirements of the train axles,a CNC system of grinding wheel finishing for the common grinding machine is designed,which is used to modify the NC system of M1350-grinding machine.The transformed type M1350 can be applied to grind RE2B-axle and RD2-axle and other axle whose arc and line are tangent or secant critically.
