| 摘 要： | 本文以黑龙江省方正林业局新建箱板纸厂环境影响评价为例,论述了对可能造成突发性污染事故的大型开发项目进行事故分析和影响预测将成为环境影响评价工作的重要内容,作者结合实际工作对该项内容进行了初步尝试,提出了特定工程项目的事故分析和影响预测的原则和方法。

| Abstract: | In this essay, the author takes the environment impact assessment of theNew Box--Board paper Mill of Fang zheng Forestry Bureau, HLJ for exam-ple, demonstrates the work of accident analysis and environmentol infulenceforecast on big development projects which may case sudden envionmentcontamination should be considered as a major Part of the environ mentimpact assessment. The author has done some practical work in this field, proposed somebasis rules and methods in the accident analysis and environmental infulenceforeast for a particular project. |
