烧结机星轮变齿距设计与应用

摘    要:通过分析带式烧结机台车的运行状态,找到其速度不均匀产生的原因,提出星轮的变齿距设计.根据台车列辊轮轮距的交替变化,确定星轮相隔布置的两类齿距和偶数齿数.将啮合原理与星轮同辊轮啮合的具体工况相结合,推导出星轮的基本齿廓曲线方程.此外台车运行时需要转弯,建立分段的星轮实际齿廓曲线,并将该分段曲线用统一方程表达.由此设计制造了双联轮齿和星轮体,并成功应用于生产现场,台车速度的不均性基本消除.

Abstract:By analyzing the velocity fluctuation of the pallet cars in the sintering machine,the varying tooth pitch design of the sprocket wheel was presented.According to the altenating changing wheelbases of the rolling wheels in the pallet cars,two kinds of tooth pitch were arranged alternately and the even number teeth were determined.By combining the meshing principle with the actual working condition between the sprocket wheel and the pallet cars,the basic tooth profile curve was obtained.Considering the turnin...
