| 摘 要： | 彼得·圣吉认为，系统的复杂性表现为动态性复杂和细节性复杂两种，处理这两种复杂性的思维方式分别是象思维和科学思维。而系统动力学综合了这两种思维，能准确而动态地处理系统的复杂性，为人类处理系统的复杂性提供了一个思考工具，实现了管理思维方式的创新。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the point of Peter Senge about systemaitical complexity,which includes dynamic and detail complexity and the thinking way to treat with them is respectively image and scientific thoughts and points out that systematic dynamice integrates these two thoughts,deals with systemic complexity accurately and dynamically,provides human a thinking tool to deal with complexity,thus accomplishing innovation of management thinking way. |
