| 摘 要： | 民营经济发展缓慢是制约东北经济振兴的重要原因。大力发展民营经济对东北老工业基地的振兴具有重要意义。为此，要更新观念，要营造公平公正的法治环境，要排除市场准入歧视，要改善民营经济的融资环境。

| Abstract: | The slow development of the local economy is the important factor to restrict the vibrous development of our Northeast economy.It has an important significance to the old industry base in the northeast devoting majoy efforts to developing the local economy.Therefore,it is necessary to renew our knowledge,build legal circumstance of justice and fairness,clear away discrimination in the market permitance and improve the financial environment. |
