正丁烷氧化制顺酐钒磷氧催化剂的助催化作用及活性评价

摘    要:通过有机相中还原五价钒制得钒磷氧催化荆前驱体,然后用漫渍法引入具有与V^4 离子半径相近的Fe、Co、Cu元素,并完成了正丁烷选择氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐的固定床活性评价试验,探讨了助荆对催化荆性能的影响以及反应条件、活性相结构对顺酐收率的影响.实验结果表明.加入助荆可提高催化荆活性和顺酐收率。复合组分的催化性能优于单一组分,适宜的反应条件是提高顺酐收率的前提,活性相(VO)2RO7(O20)晶面适宜失序对提高顺酐收率具有重要作用.

Abstract:The precursors of VPO catalyst are prepared in organic phase,and the promoters selected from compounds of Fe,Co,Cu elements which have the similar ion radius of V~(4+),are added.The experiments of activity evaluation are carried out with the fixed bed reactor.The effects of promoters on the performance of VPO catalysts,the effects of reaction conditions,and the active phase of the catalysts on the MA selectivity are discussed. The experimental results show that the mass yield of MA is increased and the activity of the catalyst is enhanced by adding promoters to some extent.The catalytic performance of the catalyst added multiple promoters is better than that of catalyst added single one.The optimum reaction conditions can increase the yield of MA. It is important for increasing MA selectivity that the appropriate disorder along (020) plane of the active phase (VO)_2P_2O_7.
