浙江城市化的合理规模与效率分析

根据城市化合理规模理论 ,判断一个区域城市化的规模是否合理 ,既要从静态考察 ,也要从动态考察 ;既要考察单个城市的合理规模 ,更要考察城市体系的合理规模。经济效益是判断一个区域城市化规模是否合理的基本出发点。基于上述观点 ,根据浙江省的统计资料 ,对浙江省不同等级城市的经济效益进行实证分析后得出的结论是 ,浙江省的城市化进程既要循序渐进 ,讲求科学规划 ,合理布局 ,走大、中、小城市合理分布、协调发展的道路 ,同时也要充分重视中等城市在区域城市化中的重要作用 ,把追求区域整体经济效益最大化作为城市化的目标。

Analysis on Rational Scale and Efficiency of Urbanization of Zhejiang Province

Based on the theory of rational scale of urbanization, the paper holds the view that before a conclusion on rational urbanization is made, it's necessary to do both static and dynamic study on a single city, as well as on city system. Economic efficiency is a key point to judge the rationalization of urbanization for a certain area. On the basis of above\|mentioned view points, the article analyses the economic efficiency of cities in Zhejiang at different levels and concludes that Zhejiang shall see to it that a scientifically planned and rationally distributed way is followed and the province advances step by step. The article also points out that the important role of medium\|sized city in urbanization should be valued, and a target of pursuing the maximum of economic efficiency for the whole area should be set up.
