| 摘 要： | 文章利用1978～2011年时序数据,考察了西藏人口非农化和城镇化之间的相互依存关系.结果表明：西藏人口非农化和城镇化之间存在正相关关系和内在因果关系,人口非农化率增加1个百分点将带动城镇化率增长0.4个百分点；但出现了城镇化发展缓慢以及非农化严重超前和城镇化严重滞后的问题.表明解决西藏的城镇化发展问题,需要将人口非农化和劳动力合理流动纳入同一个分析框架下进行.

| Abstract: | By referring to the time series data from 1978 to 2010, an investigation has been done on the inter- dependent relationship between population changes and urbanization of Tibet. The results show that 1% in- crease of non-agricultural population will drive the rate of urbanization growth 0. 4%. However, there is a se- rious problem in Tibet, that is, urbanization has lagged far behind of population changes. It means that it is necessary to analyze non-agricultural population as well as rational flow of labor force properly in order to solve the problem of Tibet＇s urbanization. |
