| 摘 要： | 国内外成功企业在物流信息化方面的实践表明，以信息技术为基础的基于供应链整合的全球化电子商务是物流业的主流发展方向．但是目前国内的物流企业普遍规模比较小，业务相对单一，大多数企业无法提供综合性物流．文章通过对国际先进物流经验的介绍，明确指出：信息技术将成为物流企业的基本装备．并针对目前国内物流企业信息化建设方面的问题进行了深入分析，提出了国内物流企业信息化建设的积极建议．

| Abstract: | The practice of information technique in some successful domestic enterprises and overseas enterprises has showed us that the global e-commerce based on information technique and SCM integration has been the main development orientation of logistics. But, the domestic logistics enterprises' scale is small and the business is single now. Most of them can not supply the comprehensive logistics. The article points out that the information technique will be the essential element for logistics enterprises according to the advanced international practice. The article also makes a deep analysis on information system's establishment of logistics enterprises and puts forward some positive suggestions for them. |
