葵花籽油对BaP诱发小鼠染色体畸变的防护作用

本实验通过检测生、熟葵花籽油对致变致癌物 BaP(苯并芘)诱发小鼠染色体畸变的作用,来测定葵花籽油对 BaP 有无防护作用.所做70只昆明小白鼠的统计分析结果表明.喂以生、熟葵花籽油并注射 BaP 的各组合染色体畸变率与阳性对照组比较均显著降低,阳性对照组染色体畸变百分率为60.7%,喂以生的高量葵花籽油(以下简称生、高)的组合染色体畸变率为9.79%,喂以生的中量葵花籽油(以下简称生中)组合的染色体畸变率为11.6%,喂以生的低量葵花抒油(以下简称生低)组合的染色体畸变率为9.88%,喂以熟的高量葵花籽油(以下简称熟高)组合的染色体畸变率为16.1%,喂以熟的中量葵花籽油(以下简称熟中)组合的染色体畸变率为8.43%,喂以熟的低量葵花籽油(以下简称熟低)组合的染色体畸变率为15.9%.这说明生、熟葵花籽油各剂量对 BaP 诱发的小鼠染色体畸变均有显著的防护作用,而且以熟中组合的防护作用最好.

EFFECT OF SUNFLOWER-SEED OIL ON PREVENTING BAP FROM BRINGING OUT CHROMOROSE DEFORMATION OF RATS

This test report is intended to determine whether sunflower-seed oil has effect on preventing cancercausing BaP from bringing out chromorose defo- rmation of rats by means of testing the raw and prepared sunflowerseed oil.Through the analybes of the statistical data of the test on the 70 cittle white rats from kuming,the conclusion shows that the deformation rate of grouped chromoroseof the rats fed with raw and prepared sunflower-seed oil and injected with BaP is obviously lower than that of the positive chro- morose for comparison.The deformation rate of the positive chromorose of the rats is 60.7%.The deformation rate of the grouped chromorose of the rats fed with raw sunflower-seed oil in large amounts is 9.79%.The defo- rmation rate of the grouped chromorose of the rats fed with raw sunflo- wer-seed oil in medium amounts is 11.6%;The deformafion rate of the grouped chromorose of the rats fed with raw sunflower-seed oil in small amounts is 9.88%.Meanwhile,the deformation rate of the grouped chro- morose of the rats fed with prepared sunflower-seed oil in large amounts is 16.1%;The deformation rate of the grouped chromorose of the rats fed with prepared sunflower-seed oil in medium amounts is 8.43%;The defo- rmation rate of the grouped chromorose of the rats fed with sunflower-seed oil in small amounts is 15.9%.All this proves that different amounts of sunflower-seed oil have remarkable effect on preventing BaP from bringing out chromorose deformation of little rats,in particular,prevention effect of prepared sunflower-seed oil in small amounts is best.
