摘    要:采用直流电沉积法制备了纳米晶体镍 ,用TEM和X -射线衍射等方法研究镀镍层的微观结构 .实验结果表明 ,在瓦特型镀镍液中 ,添加适量浓度的糖精并提高电流密度 ,可以获得纳米晶体镍 .提高糖精浓度和电流密度 ,导致镀镍层的晶粒尺寸减小 ,显微硬度升高 .同时 ,镀镍层形成了 (111)和 (2 0 0 )双织构

Abstract:Nanocrystalline nickel was synthesized by direct current electrodeposition. The microstructure of nanocrystalline nickel was studied by TEM and X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that nanocrytsalline nickel could be synthesized from Watt's type bath containing saccharin with higher current density. The microhardness of the deposits was remarkably increased and the crystal grains decreased as current density and saccharin consistency increased. The nickel deposits had (111) and (200) fibre texture.
