Philosophical Thinking of Scientific Development Concept

The concept of scientific development is the unity of epistemology of dialectical materialism and materialist conception of history,both of which are based on Marist philosophical theories.The establishment of this concept is process of practice,recognition,re-practice and re-recognition and the constant summary of practical experiences in the construction of socialist modernization and development rule of human society by Communist Party of China.The scientific development concept reflects the new recognition of development under socialist market economy and signifies a leap of the Party's governing concept and theoretical innovation of "Three represents" theory.
