| 摘 要： | 通过分析竞争情报发展新态势，介绍与竞争情报有关的数据库、竞争情报下情报分析的方法，探讨知识管理在竞争情报中的作用、专家系统在未来竞争情报工作中的模式、竞争情报知识管理系统的建立等，提出了现阶段提高竞争情报系统情报有效性的新思路。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the new situation of the development of the comp et itive information, introducing the databases related to the competitive informat ion and the information analyzing methods under the competitive information, pro bing into the functions of the competitive information in the knowledge manageme nt, the modes of the expert system in the future competitive information work, a nd the establishment of the competitive information knowledge management system, etc., this paper puts forward some new ideas of increasing the information's ef fectiveness of the competitive information system in the recent stage. |
