| 摘 要： | 复杂网络研究为探讨复杂系统的性质提供了一个新的视角。简述了复杂网络的基本概念，对网络的结构与功能作了概略的介绍，包括小世界网和无标度网的结构特点。通过对小世界网络中小世界特征的度量，讨论了复杂网络对复杂系统研究的启示，并对生物进化过程中生物的复杂性增加在蛋白质相互作用网络中的体现做了尝试性的说明，以此为基础，对随机性与规则性之间可能产生的复杂现象进行了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | Complex networks provide us a new view point for investigation of complex systems. This paper has briefly introduced the concepts on complex networks, its structure and function, and especially the features of small-world and scale-free networks. Then the empirical results on the protein-protein interaction networks are given. The theoretical implications of network research for exploring complexity are discussed. |
