青竹梅对NIH鼠LPO与SOD影响的相关性

摘    要:本文对青竹梅的抗衰老机理之一.即对机体脂质过氧化与 O_2清除剂水平进行研究,发现断奶10d 的幼鼠不论脏器或血液 LPO 水平均显著低于100d 龄的成年鼠(P<0.01),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则相反.幼鼠肝 SOD 极显著地高于成年鼠,腩和血中基本稳定.未见显著差异.青竹梅果浆具有降低脂质过氧化(LPO)水平和提高SOD 的功效.实验发现,成年鼠服用青竹梅32d.肝、脑和血中的 LPO 水平均接近幼年对照组的数值,无显著差异,然而与成年对照鼠比却显著降低.说明青竹梅果浆能显著地降低成年鼠 LPO 损伤,防止细胞衰老.从 SOD 活性分析又见,青竹梅果浆能显著提高成年鼠脑、血的 SOD 活性(P<0.01和 P<0.05).与幼鼠对照比较也见脑中 SOD 活性显著升高(P<0.01).

Abstract:This paper studies one of antisenile mechanisms the correlation between Prunus mumu(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc as radical scavenge and lipid peroxidation(LPO) It is found that the LPO content in internal organs or blood of already weaned for ten days was remarkably lower than that of rats one hundred days old(P<0.01),while superoxide dismutase(SOD)content in the liver of mice was remarkably higher than that of rats,but the SOD content in their brain and blood made little difference.It was found that Prunus mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc juice can reduce LPO content and raise SOD content.The experiment revealed that if rats consumed the juice for theirty-two days,their LPO content in the liver,brain and blood was similar to that of the control mice,but was remarkably lower than that of the control rats.It showed that Prunus mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc juice can reduce remarkably LPO injury in rats thereby avoiding celluiar ageing.Auaiysis of SOD activity showed that Prunus mumu(Sieb.) Sieb.et Zucc juice can increase remarkably SOD activity in the brain and blood of rats (P<0.01 and P<0.05),and can increase remarkably SOD activity in the brain of rats. (P<0.01).
