高职院校引入5S管理理念初探

“5S管理”是起源于日本的一种优秀的内部管理方法，对改善生产现场环境、提升生产效率、保障产品品质、营造企业氛围以及创建良好的企业文化等方面有显著的效果。就高职院校如何有效推行5S管理进行分析，并提出了应注意的问题。

A Preliminary Study on the "5S Management" Concept of Higher Vocational Colleges

＂5S Management＂ is originated from Japan, it is an excellent internal management practice. It has a remarkable effect on improving producing environment, increasing producing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and creating business atmosphere as well as a good corporate culture. This paper advocates to put ＂5S management＂ into the management of higher vocational colleges and discusses its role in the management of higher vocational colleges. It also explicates how to implement ＂5S in＂ higher vocational colleges management and points out the problem that needs considering in the process of implementing ＂5S＂ in the management.
