港口体系区域基础的综合评价研究--以长江下游干流沿岸港口体系为例

摘    要:以长江下游沿岸41个市县为基本地域单元,采用模糊分析方法,对长江下游沿岸港口体系的区域基础进行综合评价研究.最终结果表明:该港口体系的区域基础存在着显著的空间差异,具体表现为:沿江少数大中城市的港口发展条件明显优于其它市县,南岸明显优于北岸,沪苏段明显优于安徽段.上述空间差异的成因机制是沿江各地区域经济发展水平和结构类型、岸线资源、交通区位和城镇依托条件等因素的长期相互作用.笔者认为,目前长江下游沿岸各市县竞相争建大港,深水港和集装箱港明显有悖于港口发展的客观规律,科学评价港口体系的区域基础是实现港口投资行为理性化的重要理论基础之一.

Abstract:In this text, the author studies the 41 cities and towns along the lower Changjiang riveras as the basic district cell, adopts the fuzzy analysis method,studies the integrated evaluation on region base of the lower Changjiang river port system.The final results show that the spatial difference of region base of the lower Changjiang River port system is distinct.It concretely shows as the following:the qualification of the port developing of few biger cities evidencely excels others,south shore's excels north, Shanghai and Jiangsu's excels Anhui's.The cause of spatial difference results from the difference of region economy level and economy structure?resource?traffic standor?city and town's support. At present, the author considers that these cities contesting to construct large port?deep water port?container port is against external rule of port developing,and one of the theory bases.
