新型高速磨床主轴用磁悬浮轴承的设计

摘    要:机床中的支承系统是限制主轴转速的首要因素,磁悬浮电磁轴承是实现高速主轴系统的主要支承之一,电磁轴承结构的设计非常复杂,且目前尚没有统一的设计方法。文章在结合电磁铁,电机定、转子的设计方法,并考虑电磁轴承的一些特殊要求的前提下,提出了一种磁悬浮电磁轴承的设计方法与步骤,并进行了样机设计。

Abstract:The bearing system is the main factor influencing the speed of the machine tool,and the active magnetic bearing is one of the main bearing systems that can achieve the high-speed spindle system.The structure design of the active magnetic bearing is very complex,but there is no uniform design method currently.In this paper,the design method of the active magnetic bearing is presented by combining the design methods of the electromagnet,the stator and rotor of the electromotor and considering some special requirements of the magnetic bearing.And a sample machine has been designed.
