| 摘 要： | 在系统总结多年转化炉管研究工作及运行的基础上，采用Ｔｕｒｂｏ Ｐｒｏｌｏｇ ２．０语言编制完成了“转化炉管结构完整性分析的专家系统”，针对ＲＴＩＥＳ的核心－－炉管剩余寿命综合预测系统。介绍了其基本组成，重点是剩余寿命综合预测的推理思路，对预测方法及影响因素的考虑，第使用情况表明综合预测结果良好。

| Abstract: | The Lifetime Predication System (RTIES-LPS) the main part of the Reformer Tubes Structure Integrity Analysis Expert System (RTIES), has been built by means of Turbo Prolog 2.0. This paper describes its structure, reasoning mode lifetime prediction, methods of prediction, the way to consider the scatter of materials properties, punctuating service temperature and pressure, effects of circumstance and expert's knowledge. |
