摘    要:从宏观、微观两个方面提出人力资源价值的问题;从知识经济发展、经济全球化竞争、经济增长、企业管理创新、企业文化建设等方面,认识人力资源价值的客观需要;认为人力资源是比物力资源具有更大价值的资源,二者的结合实现了企业价值的增值;不同人力资源的合作会带来整体协同效益,充分发挥人力资源价值可以最大限度地实现企业增值;提高人力资源的整体素质,实现企业与员工的双赢,增强企业的凝聚力,实现企业的战略目标。

Abstract:This paper puts forward the issue of the value of the human labor resource both from macroscopic aspect and microscopic aspect. The paper expounds that we should understand the objective demand of the human labor resources in terms of the development of the knowledge economy, the global economical competition, the economy growth, the recreation of the enterprise management and the enterprise cultural construction. The paper believes that the human labor resource is more valuable than that of the material resources, the combination of which bring forth the value increase of the enterprise, and the cooperation between the different human labor resource can make wholesome efficiency. Making full play of the value of human labor resource can increase the enterprise profit in great scale and raise the integrated quality of the human labor resource, and realize the triumph both for the enterprises and the labor forces, enhance the attraction of the enterprise and achieve the strategic target of the enterprise.
