| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，问卷调查法和访谈法，对山西省5所高水平运动队试点大学的128名运动员进行了调查。表明影响运动训练的客观因素需要改进提高；运动员对待训练的主观态度较好，愿意参加训练，提高了运动技术水平。

| Abstract: | By Literature review, questionnaire and investigation, 128 athletes of high-level sports teams from five universities had been investigated. The result indicated that it was necessary to improve the objective factors that affected the sports training. The athletes attitude to sports training was active. They devoted themselves to training and hoped to enhance their sports achievements. |
