| 摘 要： | 以中国沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides Linn的根尖为材料，利用Feulgen染色法，卡宝复染的常规压片法，对中国沙棘根尖生长点细胞的染色体进行了观察和显微摄影，同时对中国沙棘进行了核型分析，为其树种资源的开发，良种的选育和分类提供了细胞学方面的依据。
