Research of Risk Management Method of Engineering Project

The engineering project is characterized with large scale of investment,long construction period,lots of influence factors and faces with a variety of risks.The thesis elaborates the method of risk identification,risk estimation,introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method at the risk identification combining with AHP evaluation method,and points out that we should make the best choice to risk coping strategies of the risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk loss control and risk retention etc.according to the results of risk assessment.
