Stackelberg Game in Supply Chain Ordering

A general model of a Stackelberg game and its solution computing method using genetic algorithm were presented. In the supply chain, a single distributor supplies single product to multi-customer, according to the minimum-replenishment period-coordination mechanism in Stackelberg game of ordering, the cost optimization model for distributor was established for the cost rationality of each customer. Simulation for Stackelberg game was designed in terms of the distribution system in Liaoyang Petroleum Company. The total supply chain system and its members can be benefited from the coordination mechanism of minimum replenishment period, and the decentralized coordination mechanism of Stackelberg game in supply chain ordering can coordinate the supply chain effectively.
