摘    要:以3,3′,4,4′-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)作为二酐单体,与2,2-双4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)和4-苯基-2,6-双(4-氨基苯基)吡啶(PBAP)通过常规的两步法,合成了可溶性共聚聚酰亚胺.利用IR、1H NMR、XRD、粘度测试、溶解性测试和TGA等手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明,所得聚酰亚胺的结晶度较低,PAA特性粘数为0.32~0.46dL/g,溶解性较好,并有着优良的热稳定性.

Abstract:A soluble copolyimide was synthesized via the conventional two-step method by using 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA) as the dianhydride monomer,2,2-bis4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BAPP) and 4-phenyl-2,6-bis(4-aminophenyl)pyridine(PBAP) as the diamine.The structure and performance of polymer were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,XRD,viscosity testing,solubility testing and TGA.The results showed that the obtained polyimides had low-order aggregation.The inherent viscosities of the resulting poly(amic acid)s were in the range of 0.32-0.46 dL/g,the copolyimide was soluble in common organic solvents,and had good thermal stability.
