改性黑木耳对重金属Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附影响因子研究

摘    要:以盐酸为改性剂,对木耳进行改性制备吸附剂,用改性木耳吸附水溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ),考察了改性盐酸浓度、改性时间、改性温度、溶液pH值、吸附时间、温度等因素对改性木耳吸附Cr(Ⅵ)效果的影响。结果表明,采用5%的盐酸在35℃的条件下改性20 h的木耳对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果较好;当温度为30℃、Cr(Ⅵ)溶液初始浓度为20 mg/L、pH值为2.0时,在改性木耳用量为2.5 g/L、吸附时间为300 min的条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量可达266 mg/kg;Lagergren一级动力学模型能很好的描述改性木耳吸附水溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附动力学过程。

Abstract:Aurcularia auriular-judae was modified for preparing adsorption agent by hydrochloric acid to adsorb Chromium(VI) in aqueous solurtion,the influence of the factors such as modified hydrochloric acid concentration,modifying time,modifying temperature,pH value of the solution,adsorlption time and temperature on the effect of the adsorption of Chromium(VI) by modified Auricularia auricular-judae is tested,the results show that the adsorption effect is better under the condition of 5% hydrochloric acid,35 temperature and 20 hours modification,however,under the condition of temperature 30 ,initial Cr(VI) concentration 20 mg/L,pH value 2.0,the amount of modified Auricularia auricular-judae 30,initial Cr(VI) concentration 20mg/L,pH value 2.0,the amount of modified Auricularia auricular-judae 2.5g/L and adsorption time 300 minutes,adsorption amount of Cr(VI) reaches 266 mg/kg,Lagergren first order kinetics model can better describe adsorption kinetics process of Cr(VI) in aqueous solution by modified Auriculatia auricular-judae.
