摘    要:该文首先由N,N-二甲基乙醇胺与己二酸反应合成己二酸二(β-二甲胺基)乙酯,然后将己二酸二(β-二甲胺基)乙酯与氢化诺卜基溴按物质的量比例为1.0∶2.1进行反应,合成一种含二元酸酯基的氢化诺卜基双子季铵盐.产物结构用红外光谱、核磁共振(氢谱、碳谱)和质谱进行表征,用菌丝生长速率法评价了该季铵盐化合物对10种植物病原真菌的生长抑制作用.实验结果表明:当药液质量浓度为100.0 mg·L-1时,该季铵盐化合物对松枯梢病病原菌、烟草黑胫病病原菌、彩绒革盖菌和七叶树壳梭孢菌的抑制率达97.0%~100.0%,远高于百菌清的抑制率,对水稻纹枯病病原菌的抑制率接近90.0%;当药液质量浓度为50.0 mg·L-1时,该季铵盐化合物对以上5种病原菌的抑制率分别为100.0%、88.8%、86.8%、84.4%和77.2%,均超过对照样百菌清的抑制率.

Abstract:Bis(β-dimethylamine)ethyl adipate is synthesized by the reaction of N, N-dimethylethanolamine with adipic acid.The latter reacts with hydronopyl bromide(molar ratio 1.0:2.1)to synthesize a hydronopyl bisquaternary ammonium salt containing diacid ester group.The structure of the product is characterized by IR, NMR(H, C)and MS.The results show that when the concentration of the solution is 97.0%—100.0 mg·L-1, the inhibition rate against the pathogen of pine shoot dieback and tobacco black shack is 100.0%, and the inhibition rate against the pathogen of rice sheath blight is close to 90.0%.When the concentration of the liquid is 50 mg·L-1, the inhibition rates of the above five pathogens are 100.0%,88.8%,86.8%,84.4% and 77.2%, respectively,which are more than the same chlorothalonil.
