| 摘 要： | 我国的素质教育是在２０世纪９０年代才开展起来的。历史的落后贫困和多言语互用并存影响和阻碍了广大的农村语文教学。每一个做教学工作的人必须认清人们学会一种语文的过程，那就是应该语言和文字阶段性并举。语文教学是培养学生使用语文的技能的一个有效过程。

| Abstract: | The character education of our country was developed in the 90's 20 centuries.Chinese education of the vast rural area has been influenced and hindered because of the history backward and the use of many dialects at the same time.Everyone who does teaching work must know clearly that people learn Chinese is a process.During the course of learning,language and word must be developed concurrently.The main duty of Chinese education is to teach students how to use Chinese freely. |
